This is my 2nd year in Paris. Looking to move from current studio in the 10th. Would prefer somewhere in the 10th or surrounding areas near there. A studio or one bedroom will do. Prefer one bedroom however my budget is $1200 month. I'm a good student of fashion management. I'm quiet, clean, respectful and well mannered. I like to work out so being close to a gym is a plus. I just need a nice place to study, relax, and easy access to metro.
