Shared accommodation of a student pursuing Masters

I'm looking for a male partner to share a room within an hour journey distance from PSB, quite place and everything should available nearby, like medicals grocery restaurant, Vegetables etc. 

Calm and quiet place is my choice of preference. It should have seperate bed, central heating system, kitchen, toilets may be shared by two. One desk, one cupboard. Common area should have TV. Water, electricity and internet connection, through Wi-Fi. Metro station and market should have within 10 minutes walking.. it should be safest place from all sorts of mischief activities... advance for one month stay and rent should be all inclusive of 350 Euro..toilets and room should upkeep on regularly by owner's arrangement.
