Looking for accomodation in Paris

Hi ,
I hope you are doing well. I am looking for accomodation near IFA Paris. Preferably studio with per month rent of 600Euro(Eligible for CAF) I am also interested in shared apartment with different rooms with the rent around 400 Euro(Eligible for CAF). I will be pursuing MBA in fashion business from IFA Paris. Till now finding the right accomodation has been difficult for me and it will be great for me if I could get an apartment as soon as possible.
