looking for accomodation in paris

i am male from india coming to paris for my masters ,so i will be there for 2 years i need lonh term accomodation.first i would like to book for 3 months if i like the palce and i will extend for my next course peried also.i don't smoke or drink.i would need a contact lease form for the 3 months stay that would be helpful for my visa processing
