Looking for a roomate!

What's up World! 
23 years old chef in the making looking for a roomie in Paris near Cordon Bleu (15th Arr). Born in New York, raised in Swiss, living in Italy; English and Italian are my mother-tongue. I'm looking for someone who's chill and focused on their program. I'm easy-going, super chill, love cooking (and don't worry I'm a neat freak so I clean up after myself), enjoy sports and activities, late nights out buuut I do keep in mind that my studies are my main focus. 

In essence to being a roomie, been living in dorms and student accommodations in Swiss and London since I'm 12. Past 6 years been living with my girlfriend and two cats.  I think I finally managed to learn the essentials of how to live independently. 

For my future roomie I can guarantee that I'm super neat and tidy, very hygenic, respectable and considerate for your privacy. In return, I would like to receive the same.
I would also like that my roomie would be ok with hiring a cleaner at least once per week and be in search of an apartment near Arr. 15 in Paris so it may be convenient for both of us to get to where we got to go. My budget would be 1500Euros.
