Looking for a place to stay in a separate room

I want a safe, clean neighbourhood, full of students, close to 10th arrondisment where my university is (American Business School of Paris). Want to stay alone, if there are student hotels or dorms. And I prefer very affordable accomodation yet high in quality. If there are student job offers around would be great too. Thank you!
