Looking for a furnished studio

I'm a Professor in Brazil and I'm looking for a furnished studio to stay with my wife. We are arreving in Paris on 15st november and still there for 8 months. We are calm people looking for a nice and quite place to stay. We don't have pets and don't smoke as well.
We hope live in a good and confortable place where we can read and study without problems. Good places to buy food and public transportation are essential things to us.
