In search of roommate(s) for a shared apartment

I'm a 28 year-old student currently finished with an MA in Literature at Universitat de Barcelona. Originally from Perú, I've lived in New York for many years until I decided to explore the European lifestyle. 

I'm starting a second MA program in Creative Writing at U of Kent's Paris School of Arts and Culture (Montparnasse) by mid-September, so preferably the spot will be anywhere in the 5th, 13th or 14th arrondissements. However, I don't mind locations up north from those listed.

Looking for a chill environment with colocataire(s), especially if it's conducive to artistic development and learning. Other hobbies of mine include drawing, and outdoor sports but, generally, you'll just find me with a good book.

I like to keep things well and organized, and I'll gladly be of help in a variety of situations, given the circumstances of the arrangement. I have an itinerary for this summer (moving out of BCN in a week), so it would be nice to have a prospective place by the end of August.
