I am a mexican boy, looking for accomodartion in Paris near La Defense.

I am a very peaceful and relax person. I am going to study a master in IESEG School of Management Campus Paris located in La Defense. I would like to find some place to stay either for 5 or 10 months. I am looking for something that does not take longer than 45 minutes to La Defense by public transport. 

Because of I am very clean and organized person I would like to find someone that likes to keep a clean and organized space as well. I like music, movies, books, and going out to take dinner, do exercise (running and crossfit) and cultural activities.

Because I am going to study a serious master, I would like to find someone that does not hold parties in the apartment frequently.
