Culinary Student looking for place to stay

I'm going to be studying French Cuisine at Le Cordón Bleu starting at the beginning of January 21' and through June/July. I just graduated from American University in Washington DC with a degree in Business and already have a job working as a consultant after I finish culinary school.
I'm dual American and Spanish, and speak English and a good amount of Spanish. Also studying French now.
I grew up in the US, but don't worry... I'm one of the good ones! Very clean and respectful, and I can cook!
Looking for a private room and bathroom in a shared place with some cool people. Max €1500/month.
