Cinema student looking for a place in Paris

Currently living in Angers (France), I'm looking for an shared appartment/ or studio/room furnished or not in Paris between sept 2018 and july/august 2019. I'd prefer if the location is in the 4th, 10th, 18th, or 19th area of Paris.
I'm open-minded, respectful. I'm perfectly fine to live in a place where there is animals (all kinds except insects and that kind). I'm a smoker but I can smoke outside the place if it's needed, not a problem for me. I'd like the people I'm going to live with to be safe (lgbtq+ friendly and that kind of open-mindness).
I will obviously contribute to the housekeeping/cleaning. If you need more informations about me feel free to ask, I don't bite!
