I'm an 18 year old student from England who speaks English and is well-versed in Vietnamese and French. I'm going to be studying a Prepa Art Internationale at Atelier de Sevres from the end of August 2021 to the end of June 2022.
I am searching for an apartment less than 700Euros/Month that is central, clean, and charming. Preferably with an elevator if it's more than 6 floors aha! I aim to avoid somewhere near Gare du Nord due to apparent high crime rates in the area at night too.
