Appartement pour moi et mon amie

Hi there! My friend and I will be moving to Paris September 10th. She is a student at Sciences Po and is 28 and I am 25 on a Working Holiday Visa. We are both Canadian from Toronto. She is doing a semester abroad for her Masters in Global Affairs and I graduated university with a bachelor's degree in French Studies. It has always been my dream to move to France and be immersed in the language and culture. We both love to explore restaurants, bars, parks and museums. I will be living in Paris for up to a year, but my friend will be leaving after her semester is finished. So, we need an apartment for four months - from September until January. We are looking for an apartment for the two of us, preferably with two bedrooms. We are open to a shared flat if need be - with girls not boys. We also have a small trained dog, so we need an apartment that would allow this. It would be ideally close to Sciences Po either walking distance or not too far of a metro ride. Our budget is 1400 euro, no more than that.  I am fluent in French so, if anyone is interested and needs to communicate in French, that is no problem.
