American Student looking for accommodation in Paris

Hey my name is Adam, I am from New Jersey, USA, and I am looking for accomodation in Paris for the upcoming school year!
I will be studying at Rennes School of Business - Paris Campus, but I am having a really hard time finding a flat in Paris. I am trying to live close to the center, or northern paris.
Regarding myself being your roomate, I am very organized and clean. I don't party every night, but I like to once a week or so. However, during the week I am quiet and always doing school work, or going to the gym. I can cook too, so if you buy the ingredients I can cook something lol.
