American male

Hello,My name is Joel Carter and I am an American graduate student at the American University of Paris. I am originally from New York but I have been in Paris for a few weeks in my friends place in Vanves but once he returns on the 16th of June there will not be enough space for me to live there also.  I am looking for housing for about three weeks from the 16th to about the 10th of July at first but have the option to stay or go somewhere else.  If this is possible let me know.  I work at UNESCO also so I am busy usually during the week from 8am to 6pm.  I would rather live in an apartment during this time as it provides stability for my job and allows for me to live more comfortably. I want to move into a place ASAP as I leave my flat tomorrow at night to possibly return to another friends place and I would rather not be there for long at all.
Any more info that you may need please tell me.  Also I am willing to pay money upfront for the month.  Thank you for your post and I hope to hear from you soon.
