A room in a shared flat, Paris 10e, 11e, 19e & 20e

I am a graphic designer/photographer from Croatia looking to modify my career and try some professional (salsa) dancing on for size(!!!!). I am 31 by the way, going on 32 so it is quite a BIG step. I need to work (dance) hard and fast if I am to see any results. In order to do so I have chosen to move to Paris to enroll in a training program in one of the eminent salsa schools there. Once there the plan is to dance in the late after-noons and nights, and work a part time yob during the rest of the day.

Depending on my luck I will be working the part time job somewhere in Paris, or on-line from home-in which case I will need a good internet connection and good working atmosphere ;) Starting February I will also be at the Sorbonne doing their "Course de civilistion francaise" to learn the language. I do not smoke, but do not mind smokers, I have a dog but she prefers Split  to Paris, I love to cook when I have the time, I am heterosexual, but don mind any other sexual orientation, I jet have to learn to speak French, although my fluent Spanish and Italian already help with understanding it. I like long talks, walks, and a good coup of tae and/ or hot chocolate, and I LOVE music and dancing. 

I need a room starting from November 2013 until the end of June 2014.
