a music teacher couple with a little dog looking for an independent room in Paris

I am a 32 years old woman who came to Paris to attend a course at ecole normale de musique which ends in June. My husband and my little dog will join me later and we are looking for an independent studio in Paris. We both are expert, experienced guitar instructors and music teachers. We can give daily guitar lessons or music lessons in english to children or families in exchange to an indipendent room or studio. the meterage is not important, we just want a private bathroom.
