31 year old master's student looking for flat mate in Paris starting August

I'm a 31 year old engineer finishing nine years in Washington DC. I'm moving to Paris for a masters in international management and sustainability from AUP, am moving August 9th, and am looking for either a man or woman flatmate. I am learning French and ideally would find someone who speaks it or who is also learning. I like painting, rock climbing, hiking, reading, board games, playing pool, and lots of athletic hobbies. I drink but definitely am not "a drinker"-- I am looking for someone who is not looking for a party lifestyle.
