28-year old (African and female) grad student looking for housemates in Paris

I am a 28 year old African grad student studying abroad for the first time.

Looking for housemate(s) within the central area of France. I am scheduled to attend classes at the Columbia global center, Notre-Dame-des-Champs quarter of Paris over the next 4-16 months and would prefer fairly-priced accomodation within close proximity of the school.

Ideal housemates will be male or female grad students who are ambiverts or/and in their late twenties and above. I would love to get along with my housemates so it will be great if potential housemates share my interests. I like hiking, yoga, aerobics, short-distance runs, salsa dancing and partying (once in a really long while). I would also love the opportunity to learn/practice the french language, explore its culture and food.
