26 years old Student Looking for Accommodation in Paris

My name is Bryan from Singapore and I am looking for an affordable and well positioned studio or single room in Paris for my 10 months of studies.

Please find the following as my basic requests for the studio:

• Around EUR 500 per month
• Equipped with Washing Machines, Wi-Fi, Stove (any kind), Toilet and Hot Water Shower, Bed or Sofabed
• Eligible for CAF application
• Preferably near central Paris, from 1e to 7e arrondissement.

I am an easy going person and a responsible student. I will be diligent to maintain the basic cleanliness and condition of the accommodation. I am fluent in multiple languages too, which will be interesting for language exchange.
