26 year old student, looking for accomodation near Arcueil

Hi,
I am a translation student from Slovenia. I am looking for accomodation in Paris, preferably near Arcueil where my university is located (ISIT). I am clean, quiet and a regular payer.
I wish to take my 1 year old dog Rio along with me. He is a well educated Boston terrier. He doesn't bark, he just likes to sleep, go on walks and to retrieve his ball :) He a small dog and weighs just about 6 kg.
I wish to find either a studio or a room in a shared flat where my dog would be welcome as well :-)
