26 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Paris, close to IFA

I am 26 years old, I'm moving to Paris to study MA Contemporary Fashion Design at IFA. I am a hard worker, my grades are very important to me and I will search for a student job in Paris as well. I am very tidy and organised person, keeping the clean place is important to me as well. I don't like to go out in clubs, but a trip to a museum would be nice. I'm friendly and communicative person and gets along with anyone. I'm looking for my own room in shared apartment with other students, I also don't mind any animals, since I love them.
