24 yr Male from India looking for single rooms

Hello,
This is Balaji and I will be coming to Paris from Chennai,India on Aug 12,2017 for Masters Program.I am looking for accommodation for minimum 3 months to max 1 year.I am coming as a student (currently not employed) I looked into your website and have a few questions.

1) How much is the rent for single room including all utilities? Please let us know the utilities included.

2) Is this an open contract? Will I be able to move out at any given time? Is there a notice period?

3) I need to provide accommodation proof for my French Visa. Will you be able to provide me with a three months lease agreement which I will extend when I come to Paris.If I reserve the room how soon will you be able to provide me a lease agreement.

4)To reserve a single room,how much amount is required initially as deposit.As I will be paying the money through Indian banks in equivalent INR,please let me know the payment procedure.

5)If my friend helps me for the initial set up, is it okay for my friend to stay in my room for first few days.
