I am an Erasmus student, I am looking for a studio or a room in a shared house with other students. I am already in Paris and I will need an accomodation since the 27th of January until the end of May. The maximum price I can afford is 700 (or 750 if charges are already included). I am a smoker but I can avoid to smoke inside the accomodation without problems.
