24 year old female, looking for accommodation in Paris for 2 persons

Two American graduate students currently living in Paris. We are clean, organized, amicable, respectful young women seeking a private, furnished apartment in Paris. We commute to our school in the 1er so access to Metro is necessary. Preferably, the apartment will have 2 bedrooms, although 1 bedroom with a living room sofa-bed can work. Washing machine preferred. We need to move into the apartment by the end of December or early January! Please help :)
