23 yo fine art student, looking for some place in Paris

Hello!

I'm 23 years old fine arts/graphic design student.
Keen on art and music, literature and architecture. I'm calm, and hard-working so I paint a lot (and because of smell of paints i'd prefer to live alone or with somebody, who is habituated to that kind of stink).
If that stink doesn't discourage you to share flat with me, then you should know, that I'll try to help you keep the flat, do the groceries and clean all the mess. I can also go for a drink or take some wine and have long conversation at home. I'm open-minded, talkative and friendly. 
I'm looking for some place, preferably somewhere around pantheon, or with good communication to EnsAD.

I would be pleased if it could fit in c.a 700 eur cc.
