23 years old male from England looking for accommodation south Paris with students

I want to share with a house of students or young profesionals. People who are social and outgoing and up for a laugh whilst I am in paris. I will be there on a short 3 month research project. somewhere along the rer-b trainline around the southern region of paris is needed and somwhere in 14th arr 13th arr or near cite universitaire would be prefered.
