23 years old business student looking for accomodation in Paris

I am a 23 year old Swedish student who will be moving to Paris in August to study international management at INSEEC. I am now looking for accomodation from august 25th until christmas and possibly for the spring semester as well. I am interested in any kind of housing, both studios and apartments, in central Paris. I don't mind living on my own, neither sharing with someone. If I will share accomodation with someone, my requirements are that you are tidy, nice, pet- and smoke-free and preferrably fun to hang out with :)
I am pet free and I don't smoke.
