23 Year old canadian girl looking for accomodations

Hello and how is it going EH :)

My name is Janika, I'm a portuguese gal from Canada who came to Paris originally to be an au pair with a fantastic French family, and I happened to fall in love with Paris. Its a beautiful city with amazing history and so much to do, I haven't finished my 'to do' list so I figure I have to stay at least another year. 

I am easy going individual who likes to go on adventures, to cook, photography and tasting different types of pastries (I inherited my grandmothers sweet tooth).

I have recently got a job for September teaching english to school aged kids, but next on my to do list is find a place to live. I would prefer living with a person or two, maybe imporve my french a little bit.. I'm okay with animals, I am an animal lover, and would prefer some place with internet and preferably a washing machine, but a washing machine isn't a necessity. 

If anyone has any ideas, any help would be appreciated,
