21 year old student looking for accomodation in Paris

I am a 21 year old student coming for Erasmus exchange to Paris. With my boyfriend, who also will be studying in Paris, we are looking for a cosy flat, preferably, in a quite place, but not very far from the heart of a city. We are searching for studios in 5th, 6th, 7th and 14th arrondissements. We are rather calm people and we would like to treat our future accomodation as a place to rest, not party. Nevertheless, we are also open to flatsharing with other students :)
