21 year old student, looking for accomodation in Paris

I'm looking for a furbished apartment/studio, preferrably in the 16th, 17th, 7th or 8th arrondissements. I would like the rent to be under 800 if that is possible. I have no pets and I do not smoke, and I will be doing an exchange at Dauphine University starting from January. As of now I only need a room for the month of January but I may extend the contract if I do not get assigned to a dorm (I find out if I do in december)
