21 year old Mexican dude looking for a flatmate in Paris

I'm looking for a flatmate in a nice area like near Saint Germain or Saint Michelle. I'm clean, respectful, prefer getting drunk on wine with food and friends than clubbing. A small apartment with two bedrooms would do. Looking to pay about 650-750 euros a month. Could be flexible if it's really worth it. I'll be a student at the IPAG, but plan on buying the unlimited metro pass so if Saint Germain or Saint michelle don't work for you I can be flexible with location as long as it's not a sketchy zone.
