21 year old man looking for accommodation in Paris

We're not going to destroy your place. We just want somewhere to stay during our two semestres in Paris. If possible we would like the accomodation to already include stuff like fridge, stove, etc. (only basic things). We would be arriving around august-september 2015 and leaving june-july 2016. As long as the appartmet has one bedroom, one livingroom, one independent bathroom and a kitchen we're ok with it (or something around those things so tow people can live independently), we're talking about 30-40m2 appartment at least. If you know of another option, for example, two dorms with rommies or any other type of deal let us know, we're open to it.  We're nice guys :)
