21 year old man is looking for accommodation in Paris for 2 months

I am a 21 year old student conducting research in Paris. I am currently in the city staying with a friend, but I will need to find other accomodations by Feb. 7. I am working on short notice as my other planned accomdations fell through. On account of my research, I will be working in and out of the apartment often, so roommates may be difficult. 

I'm a clean and reliable adult who will keep the property just as I have received it. Damages or other problems caused by me are out of the question. Throughout my stay, I will be very quiet as I will either be out or working in the apartment. I'm also flexible about specific concerns or requests from the building owner.

In short, I currently have a place to stay until Feb. 7. I'm looking on short notice due to a loss of other accomodations. I will be busy so there will be no problems from me, and I will just be a quiet tenant working, sleeping, and cooking in the space while keeping it pristinely clean.
