21 year old guy searching for apartment in Paris

Hey, I'm studying IBA and looking for a shared flat with open-minded and cool people in Paris for 2024. I am doing a semester abroad so looking for exploring the city, learning to speak french, making new friends and memories in general ;) I respect peoples boundaries and so they should mine. I am an open person and love to share thoughts and perspectives, from time to time I like to be for myself. For a shared appartment I find it important to be neat and tidy, not extremely strict but having healthy boundaries and rules in general.
