21 year old guy looking for accommodation "near" Université Paris X

Hey, I'm from Potsdam, Germany and studying history and french. I'm going to Paris this august/september untill january 18 for an Erasmus+ exchange. That is why, I'm looking for a room with open-minded, spontaneous and respectable roommates so I can improve my French. I guess I can cook, I also got a driving licence if necessary and to describe myself in 3 words: good-humoured, cooperative and laid-back.
I will study at University Paris X Nanterre, so it would be great if the flat was in a radius of like 30 mins of the university.
