I'm a dancer so I love the space. I would love the studio with balcony, lovely view and also a good kitchen and bathroom. In the case my friends or my family will come, it will be perfect to have a bit space for extra bed or something really small where they could sleep for 2-3 nights:) The good area (street) of studio will be nice too like near metro station and not so far from the heard of this magic city.
