21 year old boy, looking for accommodation during 3 months in Paris

I consider myself as a nice and friendly guy, whose main objective is to get the best living together experience with my host. 

I have travelled abroad other times (Ireland, for 5 weeks). Therefore, I already know how to live independently, organise myself, and being responsible with my home-task (washing my dishes and my clothes, taking care of the decoration and the furniture, respecting my neighbours and my room-mates...). 

But, apart from that, I seek to have a good relationship with the people living inside the house. I enjoy talking about culture, gastronomy, sports, daily fun facts, biology and so on. I would never isolate myself in my room, avoiding any kind of contact with the exterior. Furthermore, I am looking for the whole opposite goal: to create a nice atmosphere with my roommates, to discover Paris during night and day together and to live a great experience abroad.
