21 year old American girl, doing online studies, looking for housing in Paris until December

I am a pretty calm, responsible young woman studying International Relations in the US, at American University. I was here on exchange in January, but due to Covid, my visa has been extended and I find it more practical to stay here considering the circumstances, and the fact my courses are all online next semester. I'm looking to be in a lively neighborhood in Paris, ideally close to the 11th where my friends live. I've lived here a total of 2 years before and love the city. In my free time, I read, go jogging, volunteer, and such.
