20 y/o looks for coloc in Paris

Bonjour!

I am currently doing my bachelor's degree in Communication, Technology and Digital Cultures at La Sapienza University of Rome and will spend my next semester studying at l'Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II doing Erasmus. 

I am a very organized and neat person, not loud nor messy; resilent and respectful, other than serious. I am looking for someone with these caractheristics, another student or a worker would be okay, as long we get to practice French the most we can beacause I am already fluent in Spanish, Italian and English, and the main reason I chose to do my Erasmus in Paris is to practice the language.

I do not have any preferences regarding age (as long as I do not have a fixed time to come home at night. Not like I'll party everyday, I am not like that at all, but I do want my independence) and I would prefer to share with a woman. 

Sharing an appartment would be perfect. I do not want to share a room because I need my privacy. As long as I have a door for myself it is okay; any other shared areas are good to me (except the toilet in the hall having to share with neighbours).

I am looking for something around the areas number 2, 3, 5, 6 or 14; well connected with public transportation and safe at night.
