20 year old students from California looking for housing in Paris

Hello! My friend and I are two students from San Francisco State University who will be studying abroad in Paris for the upcoming school year. We are both part of the same study abroad program which is why we would prefer living together; I will be attending Université Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne while my friend will be going to school at Université St. Denis. We wouldn't mind sharing a flat with other roommates, however; both of us are looking to pay around $500-$650 for either a room for us to share or our own room, whichever is available! We would like to move in ASAP and are looking for at least a year-long lease. Please let me know if you have a room available, because we have been searching desperately! Thank you!!
