20 Year Old Student Looking For Accommodation in Paris

I'm an Acting student with basic French skills. I'm looking for accommodation whilst studying at Cours Florent In 19 arrondissement. I'm tidy, artsy enjoy meeting new people and also I like my own company- I really hope to meet like-minded people, maybe even people to help me with my french. I'm looking for somewhere with local basic amenities such as a super market, It is always desirable for somewhere that has a bit of a buzz, a local coffee shop, bakery or a night scene.
