20 year old girl looking for an apartment in Paris

I am looking for a good apartment where the rent is in my budget and the apparment Isn’t out side of Paris in the suburbs. I don’t mind sharing an apar but the roommates should be girls. It should be close to public transport like a train station or a bus station. I will be studying at le cordon bleu  the apartment is close then that will be good. And if there is a washer and dryer in the apartment that will be good too. WiFi is important. A small audio apartment will be lovely but it should be near the shops and other daily need. It would be really good if the apartment will be in 15th or 16th arrondisiment .
