19 year old male with studio apartment, needs a third roommate.

The room is €666 a month in the 14th district(kind of multicultural so better for guys than girls), one block from the metro. It is an extremely great room, 2 bedrooms(one with tv) both with full views of Eiffel Tower. Main room(where my other roomate will take the couch)(with brand new 60’ flat screen), shower room and toilet room separate, kitchen, washer etc. They pay for all the gas, all the A/C and water and it has wifi(landlord raved it was the best of the best). I think both me and nick are cool guys to hang out with and both as well plan on taking our education seriously so it won’t be a full party everyday.
