19 year old male looking for accommodation in Paris, France.

My name is Khalid Elaggan and I come from Greece and Egypt. This is my second year in Paris, France and its extremely urgent for me to find an appartment near the 7th arrondisment! I am a full student sicking a double major degree in Fine arts and Psychology from The American University of Paris! Due to the fact that I will be spending a big amount of my day in the appartment sketching, doing my homework etc, i will need an apartment that is at least 30sq/m. Furthermore, I would like to add that I am en extremely organised and cleaned person who has always taken care of the environment that leaves in!! 

I would really prefer if the appartment which I am going to stay in for the next months or years is a duplex one! And thats because I have previously leaved in a douplex apartment and it is much easier for me to organize myself in a better way!

Finally, I would like to mention that in my budget (aprox.1100eu/ month) I would like if bills are included!
