Two girls looking for accommodation in Pamplona

We are two students doing an exchange programme with Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona and we are starting this September 2014.
Two of us (girls), one of us is British, and another is Malaysian. We are looking for an accommodation located nearby the Universidad de Navarra and the city centre. We are second year students going on final year, and we took the year off for this student exchange. Both of us are studying biomedical science and biochemistry respectively.
We are looking for an affordable, safe and clean accommodation (approx. €250 a month each person inclusive of bills and wifi). We are friendly and we love meeting new people.
We are learning Spanish so yea.. it would be awesome to know more about the culture and the country! :)
