21 years old guy looking for accomodation in Pamlona for year 2016-2017

I am a 21 years old management student from Switzerland. I can speak fluent french and english and have a decent german level, currently starting to learn spanish. my 250€ budget should include fees. Looking for a place from start of August 2016 until end of May 2017, can also do one semester in one room and then switch after december if room is only available for one semester.

I can maybe go over 250€ if the appartment is really close to the university or other advantages. I need wi-fi and a laundry washer. I don't really need heating or a TV since I don't watch it.

I'd like to live with other student or young people (from 1 to 3 other people if possible). I don't mind pets or people who smoke, even if I usually don't smoke myself. I don't care if it's boys or girls.

I am very easy to talk to and outgoing and can deal with small issues easily. I like to go out so I'd need to be free regarding when I can leave/come home. I do a lot of sports and would probably spend most of my time outside the appartment.
