Coworking Host & Office Manager

We are looking for a PART TIME (20 hours/week - flexible ) position, as a Coworking Host / Office Manager.

You're social, responsible, highly communicative, have a problem solving posture and are organised. Furthermore you like working within a team, but are also comfortable working independently.

You have a good understanding of PC usage and are a proficient MS Office user.

Required fluent languages: Spanish and English

Your day-to-day activities comprise of the following:

• Writing and speaking with new potential members
• Telephone answering
• Maintaining good social contact with all members
• Asisting members with administrative issues
• Oganizing of events
• Social Media
• General office related support and assistance

Cómodo&Co offers Coworking Spaces and Serviced Offices to approximately 80 members. Our support services are offered from two locations in the city centre of Palma, from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 18:00.
