Student looking for a room or apartment in mallorca

My name is isabelle and i am from St.maarten (netherlands antillies), i am currently studying hopitality management at nhtv breda in the netherlands and i am looking for a room or a studio close to uib in mallorca for 5 months from september 10th until febuari 3rd. I speak english and dutch and i know alittle bit of spanish. I dont mind having spanish roommates because my end goal is to improve. I would appriciate it if my roommates are clean and understanding, I am looking for a furnished room That's not too small and has enough space for my things. I don't have much requirements once my roommates are friendly. I am a very clean, friendly person who enjoys cooking and exploring new places. I am not a noisy or immature roommate.
