I'm a 24 year old French erasmus student. I'm looking for a room near Plaza d'Espanya, or in the old city, or even a bit further (Sta Catalina, center of Palma...) for a 300EUR maximum rent. I'm studying at the UIB that's why I wanna be near the metro station. I'm clean, sociable and interested in living this erasmus experience to the fullest!
